I make sure Optilise gets into conversation with organisations where we can genuinely make a difference. Not by selling a solution straight away, but by first understanding where the challenges lie.

With a bachelor’s in Business Administration and a background in commercial roles in the software world, I know how to hold conversations that revolve around the client rather than the supplier. At Optilise I am responsible for marketing and business development. I make sure the right organisations can find us, and that the expectations we create are genuinely met.

Together with my brother Tom I build Optilise every day. He from the technology and the content, I from the commercial side and growth. It is exactly that combination that makes us strong: we understand each other without many words, and we share the same ambition to genuinely help organisations move forward with data.
