Who are we?
Optilise B.V. is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy statement. Our office address is Driebergseweg 17, 3708 JA Zeist, the Netherlands. For privacy questions, contact us at info@optilise.com.
Which data do we process?
When you fill in the contact form on this website, we process the data you enter yourself: your name, e-mail address, optionally your company name and the content of your message. Beyond that we collect no personal data ourselves: we use no analytics software and do not track your visit. The contact page does show a Google map; see below for what that means.
Why do we process this data?
We use your data solely to respond to your question or request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to messages you send us yourself.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data no longer than necessary to handle your question and enable any follow-up contact.
Who do we share data with?
The contact form is technically processed by FormSubmit, which forwards your message to us by e-mail. The contact page also shows a Google Maps map. As soon as that map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies; this happens under Google's own terms, over which we have no control. We never sell your data to third parties and otherwise only share it when legally required.
Cookies
We set no cookies ourselves and use no tracking, marketing or analytics software. The one exception is the Google Maps map on the contact page, which may set Google cookies as soon as you open that page. To prevent this you can block third-party cookies in your browser; the rest of the site keeps working normally.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Send an e-mail to info@optilise.com to exercise these rights. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
